We are the "1 stop" for all your rental and sales needs
Our excellent staff has been in property management and real estate for over 14 years. Our fantastic team consists of Kris & Marty Nelson.
We are both Licensed Real Estate Agents and can handle all of your Real Estate Investment needs.
Kris handles the day to day operations and management of our rental units. She finds you a qualified tenant, and watches over your property with care. Crystal handles maintenance and work orders.
Summer handles our accounting department and Bonnie is our receptionist. Easy to read owner statements and rental checks are mailed to our owners by the 11th of each month. Direct deposit is also available.
